Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of service and maintenance staff
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works for industrial aircond system.
- Prepare daily maintenance service report.
- Follow maintenance work schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance to requirement
- Perform trouble shooting and repair faulty electrical & mechanical components of aircond system.
- Handle additions & alternations / installation / replacement of aircond system.
- Perform testing and commissioning of aircond system.
- Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with safety procedures.
- Some time required night work aircon chemical cleaning, servicing and repairing.
- Need to standby every month 1 to 2 week standby after work for attending complaints ACMV system breakdown.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Class 3 Driving License
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting and repairing of air conditioners
- Must be able to handle physical work
- Company Lorry allowed to drive back for work purpose and pick up worker in morning
