Air Export Operations Executive

Working Day/Hour: Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm
Saturday 11am to 4pm

(Change to alternate Saturday after 3 months probation period)

Office: Changi

Responsibilities:

• Review customer documents to execute AWBs and send pre-alerts.
• Coordinate with customers on shipment details and communicate with overseas stations for shipping instructions.
• Prepare and declare Export Permits.
• Monitor and update shipment status.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Training will be provided.
• Experience in related industries.
