Air Export Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange air export shipment bookings received from Customer
• Coordinate with Operations on shipment execution on the booked flight
• Check and respond to the customer query on air export bookings or shipment
• Handle day-to-day shipment activities and respond to Client
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum O Level
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in handling air export duties with a freight forwarding organization
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player and hardworking person
• High proficiency in computer literate

• Knowledge in the handling of dangerous goods
