Air Freight, Operations Coordinator (Airfreight Shipment/Import & Export Exp)

Responsibilities:

• Work together as a team at Billing section. Generate invoices, resolving customer questions and liaise with account holders on quotations
• Process and prepare monthly invoice billing and send to clients promptly.
• Liaise with Operation team to ensure Works Orders are processed accurately and submit for billing promptly.
• Liaise with Finance department on invoice approval and maintain good communication and teamwork with other departments

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
• Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
• Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
