Job Info:

• Basic + VB, Transport Claim
• Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Saturday 9 am to 1 pm (Able to commit OT)
• Location: Changi

Job Scope:

• Prepare shipping documents and handle customs declaration and Tradenet operations.
• Execute AWB based on CS instructions and comply with terminal/airline requirements.
• Attend to customers inquiries via email as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and inquiries, providing suggestions, solutions, or assistance with recovery actions.
• Work effectively in a team, communicating and understanding workflow.
• Undertake additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/Manager.
