Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm

Air Export Job scope: -
Export: Waiting for our Customer Services pass job for your to do AWB(s) draft for customer's/Forwarder's/Overseas Agents to check before proceeding.
Export request CIPL to prepare draft permit before shipment arrives.
Export: need to liaise with Customers & overseas Agents, check email.
Once the cargo is back to warehouse, waiting for confirmation of pcs, weight and dimensions to key in correct detail to the system & print out the AWB(s) original copy/etc...
Export: Submission submit FWB,FHL,permit, etc..
Send pre-alert, do billing, send emails, etc. related to operation- AIR Export.

Air Import Job scope: -
Import: Waiting for pre-alert either release or arrange delivery
Import: Go to the warehouse to check the cargo if there are any discrepancies & ask for instructions from your team leader.
Import: need to liaise with Customers & overseas Agents, check email.
Import: Pre-declare Customs permits.
Import: Submission Shpt detail through the website system (CCN) to Singapore Customs.
Do billing, send emails, etc. related to operation- AIR Import.

Requirement:
. Singaporean or PR only.
. Minimum CGE O Levels.
. With/ Without experience in Air Freight industry.
. Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
. Able to work overtime if required.
