Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of baggage handlers and other support staff.
- Ensure that staff follow all safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor the flow of baggage to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all baggage handling activities comply with airport regulations and safety standards.
- Address and resolve baggage-related customer complaints and issues.
- Ensure a high level of service is provided to passengers.
- Coordinate with other airport departments, such as security and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with airline representatives and ground handling companies.
- Address operational issues and disruptions quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Aviation/Aerospace related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
- Applicants without diploma but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Able to lift/carry items
- Comfortable with shift work
- Candidates who require work passes need not apply

Compensation:
- Shift allowance/month: average $240
- Entitled to OT payment
- Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight
Work Week & Shift: 6 days per week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
