Aircraft Leasing Head of Engines

My client is a major aircraft lessor which requires a Global Head of Engines. We are looking for an experienced candidate from an airline, lessor, OEM or MRO to head up the engines business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of global engine assets, including leasing, purchasing, and sales.
• Drive contract negotiations for repairs, dismantling, and exchanges.
• Consolidate engine demands from diverse projects, delivering tailored solutions.
• Assess and optimize value for end-of-life engine assets.
• Generate comprehensive progress reports for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• At least 15+ years experience in a technical position with a lessor, airline, or MRO operations.
• Expertise in engine leasing, trading, and asset evaluation.
• Proven adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Experience from an airline is essential.
