My client is a major aircraft leasing company who is recruiting a Vice President, Risk to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with deal team to structure transactions to optimize risk reward trade-off
- Responsible for the deal approval process and final deal approval memo
- Manage transaction documentation process with Legal and Marketing teams
- Monitor current Asia- Pacific customers on an on-going basis
- Develop strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Prepare financial and credit reviews on all Asia- Pacific customers
- Work cross-functionally with several departments
- Provide input for portfolio models and quarterly portfolio reviews with senior management and board
- Support development of risk infrastructure, including models and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance. Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience in the aircraft leasing industry
- 5+ years risk management experience
- Fluent in English both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be willing to travel internationally when required
