Airfreight Client Servicing Executive (Air Export/Import)

• Basic from up to $ 3,800 +AWS +VB
• Monday - Friday (Alternate Saturday): 9am - 6pm / (9am - 1pm)
  Location: Changi

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers enquiries on a timely basis
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• At least O & N Levels.
• Familiar with CCN system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Good communication skill and customer service oriented.
