Airfreight Import Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities related to importing goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange the timely and efficient transportation of imported goods.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all import documentation, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices and GST payment.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the import process, including delays, discrepancies, and compliance concerns.
• Prepare reports on import activities, including costs, timelines, and compliance issues, for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• With related working experience in the field of logistics, specially import
• Good time management skill
• Highly knowledgeable on Customs processes and laws
