$2,600/month Gross before CPF deduction (1 year contract, renewable up to 3 years)
1) Handling Check In duties.
- Check and ensure that flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight
- Weigh and tag passengers luggage.
- Processing and issuing of boarding passes
- Ensure that passenger faces match passport photographs.
- Ask passengers 5 security questions pertaining to checked baggage
2) Departure/Arrival Gate Duties
- Ensure boarding pass information is accurate, passenger faces match their passport photographs and passengers name on passports tally with boarding passes for departure flight
- Escort / lead arriving passengers from aircraft to Arrival Gate and departing passengers from the Departure Gate to the aircraft
- Assisting passengers with special needs
- Direct disembarking passengers to respective areas such as immigration and baggage collection belts
- Assist passengers with missing or damaged baggage claims
3) Lounge F&B Assistance
- Keeping tables and service area clean
- Ensure food is constantly being topped up.
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Meet / Greet passengers and crew at Reception.
- Responding to requests and/or queries from passengers, crew and Ground Handling Agents
4) Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
Shift Schedule: 55 hours a week (5 work days, 2 days OFF)
Timings:
0615 - 1815hrs
0730 - 1930hrs
Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair) - Able to stand long hours - Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills - Good communication skills and command of English - Possess basic computer skills
