The Role

• Ensure the smooth operations of taxi stands at airport terminals.
• Manage and control passenger flow at taxi queuing areas.
• Assist passengers while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety standards.
• Coordinate and report any issues or incidents to management.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
