Job description:
We are looking for a senior AI + Financial Algorithm Product Manager to join our innovation team. You will be responsible for promoting the design, planning, and implementation of innovative products based on AI and Machine Learning in the financial industry. By deeply understanding the financial business needs, combining advanced algorithm technology, driving the optimization and innovation of the company's products, and improving the intelligence level of the financial industry. This position requires your in-depth experience in AI and finance, XFN communication and collaboration skills, and keen market insights.
Main responsibilities:
Product planning and design
- Lead the demand analysis, functional design, and product planning of AI + financial products, and develop product roadmaps.
- Deeply analyze the pain points of financial business, combine AI technology for product innovation and optimization, and promote the landing application of AI models and algorithms in the financial industry (such as intelligent risk control, quantitative investment, personalized wealth management, anti-fraud, etc.).
- Work closely with financial experts, data scientists, engineers, etc. to ensure product design meets market demand and has technical feasibility.
Algorithm and Technology Advancement
- Coordinate and promote the AI algorithm team to develop LLM large language models, Machine Learning, Deep learning and other models that meet the needs of the financial industry.
- Participate in Data Analysis, model development, and algorithm validation to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of algorithms in financial scenarios.
- Track the development trend of AI technology, evaluate and introduce cutting-edge algorithms and technologies, and continuously improve product competitiveness.
Product landing and optimization
- Responsible for product lifecycle management, coordinating various resources to promote project implementation and launch.
- Continuously optimize product features and performance through data monitoring and user feedback, improve product market adaptability and Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Ensure the stability and efficiency of the product, and solve technical and business problems encountered by users during use.
XFN Communication and Coordination
- Work closely with the technical team, data science team, business team, and other functional areas of business to ensure efficient collaboration in product development and implementation.
- Regularly communicate with company executives, report project progress, market feedback, and team work results to ensure that the product direction is consistent with the company's strategic goals.
Job requirements:
Educational background
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, financial engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics or related majors, master's degree or above is preferred.
Work experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in AI or algorithms, with a background in the financial industry (such as banking, insurance, securities, asset management, etc.) is preferred.
- Rich experience in applying AI and Big data algorithms, familiar with algorithm principles such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and their applications in the financial field.
Skills requirements
- Familiar with common application scenarios in the financial industry, such as credit scoring, risk management, algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization, etc.
- Candidates with certain programming skills, familiar with languages such as Python and R, and experience in using Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch are preferred.
- Good Data Analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions and optimize products.
Communication and teamwork
- Good XFN communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively promote project progress.
- Strong business sensitivity and market insight, able to design practical AI products based on business needs.
Other
- Good English+Chinese communication skills, able to read and understand English technical literature.
- Possess innovative spirit and willing to challenge new financial technology fields.
Bonus points:
- Have a background in positions such as Financial Product Manager, Data Scientist, or AI Product Manager, especially with successful cases in the financial industry.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and risk management, with relevant experience preferred.
- Have a deep understanding of the future trends of AI in financial technology innovation, and be able to proactively propose innovative product ideas.
