• Position: Shipping Assistant/Coordinator (Air/Ocean Freight)
• Location: Sunview -Few bus stops from Boon Lay MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3400+ AWS + Medical + Dental
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Logistics (MNC)

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee team activities, track performance, and report progress.
• Daily jobs receives and Scheduling Management
• Update and communicate on daily transportation schedules.
• Implement and improve Transportation Management System features.
• Prepare and submit accurate billing and invoices.
• Uphold company values and track goal progress.
• Arranging import/export shipments and coordinating with freight partners and customers.
• Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to/fro various destinations.
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance.
• Process import/export shipping documentation (Delivery Order, Arrival Notice, Bill of Lading, Permits etc.)
• Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities.
• Perform billing, cost analysis, and payment follow-up tasks.
• Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in handling shipping/Transportation documentation.
• Experience in managing Air and Ocean freight shipments is preferred
• Minimum Qualification: GCE O
