AMT Overhaul Technician

We're looking for dedicated and skilled Component Technicians with at least 3 years of experience specializing in the overhaul of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT) and truck air components with a focus on Japanese models. Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality standards. Proven ability to work in team settings.

Responsibilities

. Overhaul and repair of AMT transmissions
Able to perform complete overhauls of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT), including disassembly, inspection, component replacement, and reassembly to manufacturer standards

. Overhaul on truck air system components
Able to perform overhaul on truck air components such as air compressors, air brakes, and valves, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

. Able to utilize the diagnostic tools to identify issues in transmission systems and air system for accurate repairs will be an added advantage.

. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions in accordance with company procedures.

. Maintain detailed service records, including component testing, calibrations, and repairs.

. Compliance with company safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Technical school with 3 year working experience in the overhaul of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT) and truck air components with a focus on Japanese models
• Able to read and write in English
• Proven experience in component repair, trouble shooting and measuring
