In recognition of TBIs growing impact and size in Asia Pacific (APAC), we are looking for an exceptional Analyst to join TBIs APAC Advisory Team a regional team that supports our existing country operations and plays a key role in efforts to expand the footprint of our advisory work into new countries across the APAC region.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for 24 months, with the possibility of converting to a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
Synthesise research and data to develop analysis, written insights, and other deliverables for clients and senior leadership within TBI
Experience of conducting quantitative and qualitative research
Support delivery of high levels of project impact, facilitating nimble performance tracking and coordination where required
Draft written communications and deliverables at a high standard
Apply and learn from new and innovative approaches to ensuring that the team obtains the right information at the right time.
Review and summarise research findings clearly and concisely
Work collaboratively with colleagues and perform other duties as reasonably required to achieve the goals of your team and the Institute
Person Specification
The successful candidate for the role should be able to display the majority of the following:
1-3 years of experience with remarkable organisational experience
Ability to perform in-depth analysis across various topics, generate original insights and produce high-quality deliverables which are fit for delivery to senior government clients, perform challenging analysis and structured problem solving
Policy and political analysis, someone who is a news junkie and is comfortable using digital methodologies and tools to understand how we are influencing policy and politics around the globe (eg online network or salience analysis)
Collaborative skills and experience working with different teams at different levels
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to write with clarity and impact.
Strength in data analytics and visualizations, with the ability to build, analyse, manage, and display databases and large qualitative data sets (using tools such as PowerBI, etc) is preferred
An ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines in a fast and unpredictable environment.
