About the team you are joining
Reporting to the Manager, Settlement Risk, the incumbent will be responsible for executing the risk management process for the assigned countries within the Global Delivery Center (GDC).
What your day would be like
Responsible for conducting the monthly monitoring of agents Financial Security amounts versus their sales at risk.
Coordinate the Financial Review process for Passenger and Cargo Agents, including review results, communicate with both Agents and the Global Financial Assessor and follow up on results requirements.
Manage all Financial Securities processes, including requests for provision, encashment, increase, decrease, renewal and release of bank guarantees and DIP claims.
Build a complete knowledge of IATAs Resolutions, Cargo and Passenger Local Financial Criteria and SOPs to guarantee compliance.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboard analysis.
Communicate with external stakeholders, including banks, financial assessors, insurance companies and law firms.
Provide support to agents and field offices on all risk management related matters.
Follow up on the Risk alerts generated by risk monitoring systems and tools and proceed with the necessary risk mitigation actions towards identified agents.
Recommend the suspension process when agents do not meet their obligations.

You have a university degree, ideally in business administration or a related field.
Three years of professional experience in a business support function, preferably in a multicultural/commercial environment.
Experience within the air transport or travel industry would be an advantage.
Good grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office and Excel; proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Tools, SQL and Power BI are assets.
Ability to set priorities and work with a high level of drive, energy and speed with a strong customer focus on proactive problem-solving, conflict resolution, and continuous follow-up.
Ability to work as a strong team player in a dynamic, multicultural, fast-paced, and highly demanding environment while being organised to deliver on tight deadlines and productivity metrics.
Candidates must be available to work in dedicated shifts, on weekends and official public holidays; compensation applies in accordance with local conditions of employment
