Job Responsibilities
To provide daily client service for our transaction banking products
To conduct investigation into client's issue working with other stakeholders
To be responsible for end-to-end process of SMAR&TS customer on-boarding
To cross sell and expand client's usage of our transaction banking products
This position is part of the Client Service team and the main reponsibility is to provide daily customer support for the whole spectum of our transaction banking products. The candidate will also be expected to undertake end to end SMAR&TS onboarding process from platform explanation to user training.
Job Requirements
University degree or equivalent
Preferably with relevant banking experience and/or experience in the provision of client support
Relevant knowledge in transaction banking client service
Relevant knowledge in internet banking platform
Good communication skills and Japanese speaking is a must
Analytical, good presentation skills and service oriented.
