Analyst

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES:

The Analyst is responsible for supporting Principals and Partners coordinate the effective running of client engagements across the CEO & Board Practice.

With on-the-job training, guidance and supervision, he/she will:

• Perform general client, industry and competitor research, data analytics
• Support Business Development activities through the development of visually appealing discussion documents / proposals
• Assist with the delivery of CEO & Board Practice projects.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent (Major / minor in Psychology or Business is ideal)
• Up to 1-2 years of past working experience (while studying) is ideal
• Strong communication skills and public speaking skills
• Proven ability to use PowerPoint to translate complex concepts into simple & visually appealing slides
• Proven ability to effectively use data and analytics
• Self starter, tenacious and proactive attitude
• Collaboration and team player
• Customer centricity
• Curiosity and Hunger to learn continuously on the job and develop new areas of expertise
• Adaptability and agility in a fast-moving and fast-changing work environment
