Analyst, Portfolio Management – Real Estate Investment – 7 months contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the completion of bespoke investor reporting - quarterly and ad-hoc.
• Internal reporting including investment overviews, valuations, dry powder and various analytics.
• Updating the database of service providers.
• Updating the sustainability database and the Green Certifications database for the flagship APAC fund.
• Support the GRESB 2025 submission process through data collection and coordinating tenant surveys.
• Assist with the annual MSCI data collection and submission.
• Assist with the annual MAS survey submission.

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience
