Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the completion of bespoke investor reporting - quarterly and ad-hoc.
Internal reporting including investment overviews, valuations, dry powder and various analytics.
Updating the database of service providers.
Updating the sustainability database and the Green Certifications database for the flagship APAC fund.
Support the GRESB 2025 submission process through data collection and coordinating tenant surveys.
Assist with the annual MSCI data collection and submission.
Assist with the annual MAS survey submission.

Requirements:

Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience
