Analyst Programmer

Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

. Analyse, design, development, testing and support of application software systems

. Analyse source codes, diagnose defects in applications, bug fixes and integrate new enhancements

. Perform regular simple Database Administration tasks, Database improvements and support.

. Implement and support issues related to electronic data interchange (EDI) that uses HL7 or other protocol

. Perform other duties and participate in any ad-hoc projects as required or requested.

Job Requirements:

. Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Computer Science with minimum 1-2 years software development experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

. Strong technical skills in JAVA, JavaScript, Oracle Database & SQL

. Good experience in UNIX/Linux scripting e.g. shell scripting, awk, csh etc.

. Ability to write accurate specifications / requirement documents

. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

. Knowledge of other programming language, e.g. C, Python etc (an advantage)

. Knowledge of Mirth Connect or other ETL platform (an advantage)

. Knowledge of ULTRA Laboratory System (an advantage)

. Knowledge of Accell 4GL enhancements and fault correction (an advantage)

. Willing to learn is a MUST. In-house on-the-job training will be provided
