Knight Frank's Consultancy Department offers a wide range of real estate business advisory services to clients, including site selection, project feasibility, real estate economic analysis of master plans, market studies, consumer research, real estate strategy and other bespoke studies. Knight Frank has completed a large number of projects for private and public sector clients, locally and overseas.
The work is challenging and will stretch successful candidates to the hilt. It requires a broad understanding of business and policy matters, a deep grasp of real estate fundamentals, proficiency in data analysis, good understanding of finance, ability to work with other professionals, attention to detail, and a relentless drive toward solving client problems holistically and creatively, and deliver answers in a timely and customer-friendly manner. We often work with a number of specialist partners, and therefore, the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is vital.
Analyst/Senior Analyst, Consultancy
Responsibilities
Support the team in the preparation of proposal, tender submission and pitches at presentations to secure fee-based consultancy assignments
Support the team to follow up with prospects and execute on various consultancy appointments, local and overseas
Act as Support or Principal executive for carrying out consultancy assignments in the areas of market studies, feasibility studies, and other bespoke analyses
Point of contact with clients and partners for selected consultancy work assigned by the Department Head
Support team members to carry out market research, manage complex and multi-period projects/assignments involving different parties, record minutes, assemble disparate sources and formats of information into clear and informative reports
Liaise and meet with existing and prospective clients, as well as make site visits and on-site information gathering
Coordinate with Knight Frank overseas offices and other external parties in executing consultancy services
Work with the Department Head on reporting and other business development initiatives as required
Requirements
Degree or major in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Graduates with no relevant experience but with strong track record of internship experiences with real estate players and strong academic background in urban planning, real estate markets and financial analysis may be considered
Good presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong client engagement skills, and customer oriented
Able to work with tight deadlines and handle pressure
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Tableau, ArcGlS and other geospatial and data analytics is a plus
