Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, product strategy, or similar roles.
- Experience with data visualization tools, SQL and data analysis, and the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage projects, and build cross-functional relationships.
- Interest in business strategy, governance, and the key elements of organizations.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's evolving ads business runs smoothly. The team sets the go-to-market strategy and guides execution and operations against the strategy. Responsibilities
- Analyze data to support projects focused on improving processes, governance structures, and performance management systems.
- Own full components of analytics (business growth potential, headcount etc.) with limited guidance, ensuring insights are delivered on time and meet defined goals.
- Develop and deliver compelling reports and presentations that communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and solve problems, and demonstrate creative thinking and propose innovative solutions.
- Build partnerships across diverse teams (e.g., local, regional, and global), embodying a One Google mindset to achieve shared objectives.
