As part of our IT Infrastructure team, the incumbent will support & contribute to the IT enterprise architecture, capacity planning, design, evaluation, and deployment of IT systems, covering network equipment, IT services, applications, productivity and collaboration technologies.
The Opportunity:
Analytics & BI
- Work closely with business, digital and technology teams to recommend, develop, implement Data Analytics and BI solutions that yield actionable insights to achieve business objectives
- Develop and deploy dashboards in alignment with agreed designs
- Develop and optimize descriptive or/and prescriptive analytics solutions to address business requirements.
- Evaluate data sources and existing ETL workflows, design BI data model, develop and maintain the infrastructure for BI reporting, analysis and data modeling
- Design data pipelines to support different reporting purposes from multiple data sources, including files, data warehouse, APIs, and multi-source databases
- Conduct training for internal users, ensuring effective transition and adoption of the BI tools
- Design and oversee the documentation of developed solutions, models
Data Science & AI
- Understand the business requirements and design the solution to address business objectives using Data Science and AI
- Use and create data science models and develop predictive models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets
- Develop and implement machine learning, deep learning models and GenAI solutions to automate and transform business processes
- Work closely with digital and technology teams to implement solutions, resolve production issues and optimization on deployed analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings and providing strategic recommendations.
- Stay current with technical and industry developments and standards to ensure effective and advanced applications of data analysis techniques and methodologies
- Design and oversee the documentation of developed solutions, models
The Candidate should posess:
- A minimum Degree holder with 5 - 6 years of proven experience in Data Analytics, AI and Data science
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end analytics dashboard development covering visualization & data model design, with proficiency in PowerBI.
- Strong command of programming language and data processing tools / framework (eg SQL, Python, Java, R, Scrapy, Spark) with at least 5 years of hands-on coding/ modeling experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning modelling (eg regression, classification, time-series, deep learning), data mining and predictive modelling
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI solutioning, prompt engineering, proficient in Gen AI / ML (eg LLM, RAG, chunking, Langchain, MLFlow)
- Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (eg Databricks, AWS)
- Knowledge in web scraping, data pipeline, data modelling and data management practices to clean, preprocess and transform data sets for model training
- Knowledge and application of data analytics solutions in various business scenarios to address pain points and business needs and to propose actionable data solutions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
