Bring your strong analytical capabilities to help realize our growth ambitions in APAC and China markets! This is a 1-year contract starting from January 2025 and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze Lego Retail Performance to steer the business on strategic & Tactical Decision
- Lead weekly cross functional reviews with Lego Retail APAC / China LBR Senior leadership team
- Partners with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies
- Identifying and analyzing industry/ geographic trends and competitor market strategies and supervising current/potential customer trends
- Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analysis

This role helps add a story to the performance of LEGO retail by helping to pull the APAC.com / China LBR perspective together!
It will support the business by leading cross functional performance meetings and look for ways to drive demand across both eCommerce and physical retail. We find ways to sharpen insights to the retail organization and partner heavily with tech teams to bring new tools to the business.
Do you have what it takes
- Experience in analytics, data visualization and commercial storytelling in Power BI with focus in Retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding and knowledge in both physical retail & .com
- Strong experience working with Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Any experience in SQL / Python / R / Databricks will have an added advantage.
- Experience with Senior leaderships and ability to navigate tight time pressures with limited guidance
- Proactive teammate who thrives in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, hybrid (face-to-face and remote) team environment.
- Ability to deliver through agile process and independently lead through uncertainty and an environment of change.
- Strong English language skills in both written and spoken to collaborate with global partners.
