YOUR ROLE
- Support APAC C&B Head on driving a competitive, efficient and service oriented reward system locally by working closely with the Country and/or Global Rewards team in areas of compensation, benefits, global mobility and global C&B projects
- Support in integration projects in the compensation space.
- Ensure fair and consistent application and adherence to reward policies and procedures i.e. not limiting to CEVA's Global Reward Policy, Business Rules and local requirements.
- Drive implementation of strategic and tactical reward initiatives as part of the CEVA's Global HR strategy
- Act as the APAC C&B partner for the assigned products/support function leaders.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Act as the regional C&B partner for your assigned products/support function verticals to advise compensation, benefits & mobility related matters.
- Be one of the key team members in C&B integration projects for compensation: data collation, analysis, benchmarking and solutioning
- Drive the annual salary & bonus campaign for the designated APAC countries to provide C&B analysis and advice.
- Main APAC C&B driver for bonus & commission plans, ensure compliance to global bonus plan design, data preparation and calculation validations, preparing bonus invitation letters & payout letters.
- Responsible for driving group insurance harmonization, redesign and renewals for the designated APAC countries; in alignment with Global requirements.
- Manage global mobility activities like cross border package proposals (with support from local HR & global rewards) for the designated APAC countries. Act as the regional custodian of the Global Mobility policy/guidelines and provide regional guidance to country HR.
- Any ad-hoc rewards projects as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Education & Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, business, economics, accounting or mathematics
Experience
- Atleast 7-10 years regional or cluster rewards experience within a multinational company
- Experience of working in matrix organizations
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in applying Job Evaluation methodology, Bonus Plans, Compensation Planning and Benefit Design
- Strong analysis/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks
- Ability to actively seek assistance and support from and work with global rewards and country HR Heads/C&B
- Sound computer skills, including MS office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence and interact effectively across all levels of the organization
