- Wear the product manager hat in researching, brainstorming and implementing the cloud IaaS/PaaS product roadmap from 0 to 1 with multiple product teams internally (VM, cloud native, DB, networking, security)
- Partner with both strategy and sales, in order to not only identify the PMF (like a wedge) of cloud products in different regional markets, but also to validate the conclusions via in-field projects and POCs
- Externally, call upon technical expertise and business acumen to lead the enterprise client engagement (C-level to working level) lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to delivering project implementation. Activities include demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops and POC delivery
Minimum qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor degree and above
- Related work experience in the public cloud industry, preferably in the role of solution architect or product manager
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills by explaining relevant past projects in the technical interview rounds
- Product-wise, master deep understanding (preferrably level 400) of Public Cloud products with hands-on experience in:
- Cloud Native - K8s (cloud products & open-source projects), Prometheus, CI/CD
- Database - SQL (mySQL, PostgreSQL), MongoDB, RDBMS, Distributed DB (e.g. GCP Spanner)
- Big Data - data warehousing, datalake, ETL & ELT, Hadoop & Spark
- AI/ML platforms - MLOps, CV, NLP, LLM
- Multi-cloud strategy and migration
- Industry-wise, preferably have worked with DNBs, ISVs and SIs in verticals like Retail, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, etc
