Our client is hiring for a Manager to manage and deliver end-to-end planning of marketing events for their APAC business. The incumbent will play a key role in adapting global processess and workflows to the APAC region. The role also involves creating promotional plans, coordinating with stakeholders, building registration sites, and ensuring consistency with global event processes. Other responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing event marketing, and maintaining brand guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- At least 3 years of event planning experience for interal and third party events, preferably in Financial Services
- Experienced using Eventbrite or developing complex campaign on other CRM platforms, preferably in Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Experience in stakeholder management across levels with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and handle multiple projects is a must
- A bachelor's degree is required, marketing or event-related qualifications is advantageous
