We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Management Trainee under the direct supervision of the CEO. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the executive management function, with a primary focus on strategy execution, research, report generation, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills, capable of supporting the CEO in driving organizational goals and initiatives.
- Strategy Execution:
Assist the CEO in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic plans.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Analysis:
Perform detailed financial, operational, and strategic analysis.
Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.
Support the CEO in evaluating business performance and strategic outcomes.
- Research:
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
Stay informed about developments within the industry to provide actionable insights.
- Report Generation:
Develop comprehensive reports for executive meetings, board presentations, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and presentations.
Gather and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Project Management:
Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
6. Communication:
Facilitate communication between the CEO and other senior executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and review internal and external communications.
Open to fresh graduates only
Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
