Job Description
- Planning and leading Category initiatives and developing and implementing regional category strategies
- Leading projects to support the delivery of regional procurement targets, spanning sourcing projects, demand management and process re-engineering
- Serving as the primary business partner for the LOCs, ensuring activities at the local level are aligned with Region and Category team planning.
- Developing and implementing local strategies in those categories not supported by Global / Regional team.
- Ensuring that high-quality end-user service delivery is achieved by understanding local needs
- Monitor progress of activities in the LOCS to provide regular updates to business partners.
- Collaborate with CoE to support a robust approach to SP&I, systems, and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and improve efficiencies
- Create a culture of compliance internally and externally
Requirements
- Min Degree in related disciplines
- Min 5 years of managerial experience
