Team Introduction
TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media and ad tech to lead product strategy and go-to-market in APAC. Sitting in the Product Strategy & Operations organisation, this role will lead our capable team of Product Marketing Managers to land the right solutions in our market to grow revenue and also ensure to bring market insights to our product teams. he role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Abilities to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. Ideal candidate should have experience leading and developing a team, seeing through projects and working with digital advertising products. This is a full-time position based in APAC.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers across our brand and performance solutions in APAC
Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, annd lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science etc
Develop and support team through setting priorities, unblocking issues, continual feedback and career development
Define and execute the short term and long term product strategy for TikTok advertising solution in APAC including product positioning, value propositions, areas of growth and future investment potential for market
Develop and execute market programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions
Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
Willing to roll up sleeves and be willing to step in and guide the market teams where needed.
