- Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform capabilities
- Technical designing sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with current business objectives
- Document, develop and test working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement/ CRM
- Deep understanding and experience using the MS D365 CE platform
- Experience in building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines, workflows, and custom reports for D365
- Demonstrable ability to leverage standard D365 features and ability to identify conditions when D365 should be customized.
