Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide effective and timely services and support all existing scheduled projects
• Provide sales support on technical specification & information, data, drawings
• Project quotation specification confirmation and technical clarification
• Design accessories and create 3DCAD drawings for quotations and assemblies
• Provide consultation and offer workable solutions to help solve customers concerns
• Do on-site technical assessment and provide engineering solutions
• Presentation and training to internal and customers
• Ensures quality by completing all final inspections and repair reports

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to operate 3DCAD (Solid Works)
• Good knowledge onl valves and instrumentation is preferred.
• Related experience in process & control or instrumentation service industry is preferred.
• Decisive, drive and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
• Be able to work long term with us
• English fluency (meeting and writing reports inside and outside the company)
• A person who has positive and can think and act for himself/herself (most important)
• A person who can act flexibly for sudden related work
• A person who can keep confidentiality
• Good people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Reporting Function

• Directly report to Engineering Manager/General Manager
