Application Engineer - Pump System

• To attend to customer's queries and problems and resolve it when it is beyond the support unit's capabilities.
• Liaise with pump suppliers or factory to provide technical and sale support to the customers.
• Feedback to suppliers upon any customers complains due to faulty pumps or parts.
• To digitize and upload all the pump curve, dimension drawing and spare parts list.
• Prepare and update marketing material - Develop new catalogues, technical drawing, operation manual.
• Sales support on GA drawing, generate performance curve and technical datasheet
• Proficient in Autocad.
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
