Responsibilities
- In-charge of both in-house and on-site application customer evaluation support of wedge bonding, knowledge of ball bonding is an added advantage.
- Provide direct customer on-site application support to optimize bonding parameters using DOE techniques.
- Assist corporate in-house product development and improvement projects related to bonding tools.
- Generate engineering evaluation report.
- Handle laboratory equipment & analytical tools independently with minimum assistance
Requirements
- Ability to provide hands-on application support.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
