Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am-6pm

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will implement technological solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency for local and overseas subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis
o Understand business needs to develop applications that enhance value.
o Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
o Translate business requests into technical solutions.

2. Microsoft 365 Apps Implementation
o Guide end-users on using Microsoft 365 apps to boost productivity.
o Automate workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
o Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for smooth application development and deployment.
o Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide user support.
o Maintain applications and create user guides.
o Train staff on Microsoft 365 tools.

Requirement:
. No work experience required but must have the necessary skills.
. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Technologies, SharePoint Online, and AppSheet is a must.
. Proficiency in workflow automation using Power Automate is required.
. Knowledge of Business Process Automation, Procurement, and Accounting Systems is a plus.
. Having any Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500, or PL-600) is an advantage.
