Application Engineer (Up to $5000 / 5 days / Toa Payoh)

Job Title: Application Engineer (ID3441)
Location: Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:15am-5:45pm
Salary: $3500-$5000

Responsibilities
. In-charge of both in-house and on-site application customer evaluation support of wedge bonding, knowledge of ball bonding is an added advantage.
. Provide direct customer on-site application support to optimize bonding parameters using DOE techniques.
. Assist corporate in-house product development and improvement projects related to bonding tools.
. Generate engineering evaluation report.
. Handle laboratory equipment & analytical tools independently with minimum assistance

Requirements
. Ability to provide hands-on application support.
. Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
. At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
