Mission Description:
Plan, design, implement & maintain business application & company System.
Manage systems implementation and upgrade projects and liaise with system vendors on change requests.
Co-ordinate and participate in system implementation, upgrade and enhancements testing.
Prepare application system flow, operation and user documentation Managing projects/enhancements priorities with stakeholders.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades and enhancements.
Lead change management activities, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement, to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential areas of resistance to change and develop plans to mitigate these challenges.
Monitor the impact of system changes on business processes and user experience, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful adoption.
Profile Requirement:
Hold bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in application management, system implementation, and change management.
Have more than 5 years of experience as an Application Manager.
Must have experience working in a pharmaceutical environment.
Proficienct in system design, implementation, and maintenance.
Have strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Experienced with system testing, documentation, and user training.
