Job Description

About the Role:

The application specialist will be responsible for product training & on patient demonstration.

This is a 1-year contract role.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and clinical support in sales process.
  • Provide pre-sales product in-service and conduct on patient demonstration for clinical trial support.
  • Achieve KGI plan.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through continuous support on training & demonstration.
  • Submit daily activities report through Sales Force.
  • Any other task assigned by the management

What we are looking for:

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years or more sales experience with track records
  • Able to support clinical procedures.
  • Preferably with medical sales experience
  • Sales experience in consumables business will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of hospital management will be a plus point.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, SFDC and any SAP software will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and handle new challenges.
  • Performance driven.
  • Highly responsible, meticulous & tough personality.
  • Team player and hard working.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
