Responsibilities
- To provide efficient application support on the Boomi platform, as well as other application platforms
- To provide solutions on application and operational issues encountered by end users & resolve issues promptly and reduce number of escalations
- To enhance customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, reducing the number of escalations, contribute to client production data migrations and production DB management.
- To participate in: Operations/availability Management | Incident Management & Problem Management | Change Management & Service Request Management | Release & Deployment management | Capacity Management | Knowledge Management | Continual Service Improvement | Utility Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience with application support
- Experience in with Boomi low/no code iPaaS platform offers intelligent, Cloud native file conversion logic with separate module for User Interface screens (Boomi flow) and file conversion logic (Boomi Atom).
- Knowledge in Boomi Platform especially Boomi Integrations
- Prior experience in application development, maintenance, support and deployment will be advantageous
- Experience in database like Oracle, MySQL server, Postgres; database query scripting (SQL)
- Good knowledge in Agile methodologies and AWS suite of services
