Application Support Engineer (Cloud Integration | iPaaS)

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective application support for the Boomi platform and other related application platforms.
• Improve customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, minimizing escalations, and contributing to client production data migrations and production database management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in application support, with expertise in the Boomi Platform, particularly Boomi Integrations, as well as other application platforms.
• Prior experience in application development, maintenance, support, and deployment is a plus.
• Proficient in databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres.
• Skilled in database query scripting (SQL).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the AWS suite of services.
• Committed to resolving issues promptly and reducing escalations.
• The Boomi low/no-code iPaaS platform provides intelligent, cloud-native file conversion logic, with separate modules for user interface screens (Boomi Flow) and file conversion logic (Boomi Atom).
