Position Overview
The Application Support Analyst provide application support to users for grant and donation applications. The candidate will be required to develop a structured and analytical approach to the monitoring, identification, diagnose and rectification of self-identified/monitoring tools reported/user reported issues.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support (where needed).
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues.
- Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
- Coordinate activities to identify, diagnose and rectify problems.
- Monitor and report application and environment health.
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders.
- Support Audit
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline.
- 1-3 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.
- ITIL certification and service-oriented experience / background preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
