Job Description

Position Overview

The Application Support Analyst provide application support to users for grant and donation applications. The candidate will be required to develop a structured and analytical approach to the monitoring, identification, diagnose and rectification of self-identified/monitoring tools reported/user reported issues.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support (where needed).
  • Log, escalate and follow through with issues.
  • Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
  • Coordinate activities to identify, diagnose and rectify problems.
  • Monitor and report application and environment health.
  • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Support Audit

Requirements


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline.
  • 1-3 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.
  • ITIL certification and service-oriented experience / background preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
