Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with software development experience, to join a software company as Team Lead - Application Support.
- Lead a team of engineers supporting world class custom software applications.
- Salary package up to $5,800 + AWS + VB (2 months bonus).
- Dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and run the 24/7 application support team for applications and systems.
- Ensures team members are providing necessary help to the end-users. Train the team members on the application logic/usage, interfaces and features.
- Solve critical issues of the application and system, guide and mentor team members.
- Ownership of all issues that are raised, through to closure within defined SLA.
- Build and maintain good rapport between stakeholders. Handle escalations and manage client expectations on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a Software Developer/ Senior Application Support Engineer/ Team Lead.
- Strong analysis, research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
- Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies. ITIL certification is highly advantageous.
