Application System Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Competent in preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Alarm and/or Building Automation System.
• Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.
• Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation
• Able to implement PLC/SCADA etc project from concept to design and programming
• Site Testing and Commissioning with clients.
• Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems
• Meeting with clients, reports and documentation
• Capable of performing troubleshooting independently
• Implement improvement works to clients

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology/M&E)
• Resourceful, good time management and analytical
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of SCADA is an advantage
• Have worked with Building Management System/SCADA/HVAC system is an advantage
• Knowledge in Addressable Fire Alarm will be added advantage
• A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work during weekends or night jobs occasionally when required
