Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a global real estate strategy, standards, process and procedures to support 3DS growth
- Define and manage the budget according to the Real Estate Strategy and 4 year plan
- Execute the 4 year plan (updated twice a year)
- Drive all real estate negotiations, including new leases, extensions, renewals, options, terminations, sales and purchase initiatives
- Partner with corporate real estate and business unit leaders to establish short and long-range plans for strategic location investments and transactions
- Develop financial models to support management decision-making on potential real estate transactions
- Manage the relationship with the landlords and external real estate service providers to ensure compliance with agreements, adherence to policies and standards, and maximization of cost savings opportunities
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate/ facilities management, lease negotiation skills
- Integrate building requirements of clients in the architectural design
- Supervise property development projects
- Manage budgets and monitor contractor performance
- Real estate market knowledge, incorporate sustainability
