Architect

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and supervise the construction of buildings and other physical infrastructure
• Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
• Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking Client's approval
• Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural that is recognized by the Board of Architects
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in Singapore
• Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Practices, Revit, BIM and AutoCAD
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and engineers
