Lead the design process from concept development through to completion of construction.
Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work to alleviate conflicts, dispute.
Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure all design objectives are met, completion within project timelines and budget.
Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve a quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that reflect the unique vision along with the ability to align with clients requirements.
Develop detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress meets design intent and quality standards.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, preferably with accreditation with the Board of Architects, Singapore
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an architectural firm, with a focus on high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/ArchiCAD, V-ray SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modelling/Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop/Microsoft Programs, or any basic architecture software.
Strong design sensibility and ability to develop innovative and compelling design concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Have keen eye for details
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience in both team management and project management.
Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within schedules and budgets.
