Assume leadership and managerial roles within the project team to successfully accomplish projects within specified timelines, budgetary constraints, and in adherence to client and regulatory stipulations.
Oversee the simultaneous management of multiple projects from the inception of the design phase to the ultimate completion of the projects.
Ensure that the existing operational procedures of the project team align with the established company standards while also identifying opportunities for enhancements.
Foster and nurture positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster enduring collaborations.
Provide support in the acquisition of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience as an architectural assistant.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or possess accreditation with SILA.
Proficient in utilizing various software including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape.
Demonstrate experience in overseeing the entire project lifecycle from the conceptualization phase to the finalization of construction.
